At Eazi Cleaning Solutions, we use a bespoke Boiler-Fed Pressure System. This heats water up to 120°C to produce Low-Pressure Steam. The intense thermal energy melts grime, kills spores, and emulsifies oil, allowing us to clean efficiently without relying on dangerously high pressure.

Older properties in Leicestershire are often built from soft Sandstone, Limestone, or Bath Stone. High-pressure cold water can damage the face of these stones. Our variable steam system allows us to dial down the pressure while using heat to clean effectively.
We gently remove decades of "Carbon Sulphation" (the black crust formed by pollution) without using harsh chemicals or abrasion.

OIL STAIN & GRAFFITI REMOVAL
Cold water cannot remove oil; it simply spreads it. Our boiler system produces hot water that melts oil, grease, and bitumen, lifting it out of the porous brick or concrete to be washed away.
This same "melting" principle applies to Graffiti Removal. We apply a bio-degradable gel to break the paint bond, then steam it off gently, preventing the dreaded "ghosting" shadow often left by pressure washing.

Clay tiles (often found on period homes) and Natural Slate are fragile. Walking on them or blasting them with high pressure can cause leaks.
We use steam to clean roofs. The 120°C heat kills the moss and lichen (White Spot) instantly. Because the heat does the work, we can use significantly lower pressure, protecting the "Patina" and waterproof surface of the tile.

Have you noticed stubborn black spots on your Indian Sandstone that jet washing won't shift? This is Black Spot Lichen, a fungus that roots deep into the stone.
Standard washing just cleans the surface. Our steam system penetrates the pores of the stone, cooking the root and killing the lichen completely, restoring the natural colours of your patio.
