Important Note: To cover fuel, setup, and equipment wear, a minimum call-out charge of £120 applies to all jobs. If your driveway is very small and your calculation comes out to less than £120, your final quote will simply be rounded up to our minimum £120 fee.

Mess-Free Setup
We operate a professional van-mounted petrol pressure washing system. This means the heavy, noisy machinery stays safely inside our vehicle—we never drag bulky equipment across your lawn or garden. While we ideally use an outside tap to keep our buffer tank filled, our van is equipped with a 400-litre onboard water tank, allowing us to take on jobs even if you don't have an accessible water supply.

Deep Surface Cleaning
Using our industrial-grade petrol washers, we begin the deep clean. This high-pressure stage blasts away years of surface dirt, mud, moss, and slippery green algae. Because our equipment is fully adjustable, we can dial the pressure up for tough concrete or dial it down for delicate natural stone, ensuring a safe clean every time.

Softwash Treatment
Water alone won't kill the root of the problem. After the pressure wash, we apply a professional Sodium Hypochlorite (SH) Softwash treatment. This chemical effectively kills organic spores, eliminates stubborn black lichen spots, and brightens the stone back to its original color. Note: We always thoroughly pre-wet and rinse your surrounding grass and plants to ensure they are 100% protected.

Re-Sanding
(Block Paving)
Pressure washing inevitably removes the old, dirt-filled sand from the joints of block paving. Once the driveway is completely dry, we return to brush fresh, kiln-dried sand back into the joints. This crucial step locks the blocks tightly back together and prevents the paving from shifting. (Please note: Re-sanding can only be completed on a dry day).

Full Cleanup
We treat your property with the utmost respect. Once the cleaning is complete, we rinse down all surrounding walls, doors, and windows to remove any dirty splashback. Finally, all waste, mud, and moss is neatly bagged up and taken away with us, leaving your property totally spotless.
